Our technician made sure to cover all the furniture and floors around the repair for a clean environment. After our technician patched the hole, he skimmed and sanded everything out with our dust free sander. Come paint day, our painter painted and textured the ceiling to match and made it look like the damage was never there!

The resident of this home was attempting to move some furniture within their home office when a corner struck the wall. After doing some research, the resident contacted Drywall Doctor to come do a free estimate and ultimately the scheduling of the repair.

Once the agreed upon date came, our technicians Zach Bender and Steve Taber arrive at the home and got to work. Our technicians start their work before they even enter the home by ensuring their shoes are covered. We at Drywall Doctor pride ourselves in our clean processes and take extra care to ensure we leave the home as clean as it was when we entered. Once at the door, Steve began laying down drop cloth in a path  from the entrance of the home and leading all the way to the site of the repair. Once in the final room, plastic is then placed on the floor and another piece is adhered to the wall to prevent any dust or debris from toughing the residents floor. In addition to covering the floors, Zach covered the vents as well, again to minimize any dust or debris inside the home. In addition to the precautions already taken, we also covered all furniture within the room and moved everything away from the repair site and built a containment area to control the mess. 

Once all areas were covered, Steve went to work measuring the damaged area, plus a small amount around the damage and executed the repair. During the cutting and sanding process, our technicians kept the equipment hooked up to a vacuum to contain all debris from the wall. Once Steve finished the repair, Zach primed and painted the wall to get it back to its original state. With our corner to corner paint matching option, the damage is no longer visible.
